The Yearbook Staff actually meets during an exploratory class period in eighth grade. Students are responsible to all facets of yearbook creation including cover design, page layouts, student and staff interviews, and taking photos.
Grades Included: 8th grade students only. Students must complete an application at the end of the school year that includes a work sample and recommendations from former teachers. Student on the staff will be chosen from the applicant pool that submitted their applications on time.
Meetings: Students meet daily during their exploratory class for the entire year. Students are asked to take photos outside of the class period during the school day or after school but these sessions are scheduled in advance with parent permission.
